Our Lifetime Deposit Guarantee

What is it?

Simply, if you’ve paid a deposit but then later don’t think you can travel anymore on the dates you had planned, our Lifetime Deposit Guarantee means we’ll hold your deposit as a credit forever so you never truly lose it. Focus on the things in the way today, and just reach out to us when the time is right tomorrow. If you feel like once you’re ready again you’ve got your eye on another one of our trips instead, we’ll switch it over for free (excl. Tours). Our deposits are also fully transferable, so you can also send it on to a friend or relative to start their own adventure instead.

If you’ve already paid in full

If you’ve paid off your entire trip and you’re then unable to travel for your planned dates, we can often provide lots of flexibility so you can travel at a more suitable time instead. We can place your entire trip on hold at no cost or loss, so long as you’re approximately 85 days or more from your departure date, or if sooner we’ll do our best to negotiate with our suppliers to make it happen too. Approval is required and each trip is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please check with your Trip Coordinator to see what can be done for your own trip.
