This gives customers confidence in the integrity of their services. Additionally, ATIA resolves disputes efficiently and advocates for safe and reliable travel, aligning with travellers' needs. Air Travel Organiser’s Licence, ATOL, is a financial protection scheme run by the UK government and operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL covers holidays within a package that includes flights (and some flight-only sales). Travellers that arrange ATOL protected travel plans will receive an ATOL certificate. This certificate covers the traveller if the ATOL protected company fails and the holiday can no longer go forward as planned. If the traveller is yet to travel, the certificate will entitle them to a refund and, if they are abroad, will cover hotel costs and flights home.
Some of the flights and flight-inclusive trips on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Learn more at https://www.caa.co.uk.
